It is also only approx 200 metres walk to the golden sands of Mona Vale Beach. Perfect indoor/outdoor entertaining areas & open plan casual living makes it ideal for entertaining.

This home is great for children as there is a huge level backyard with cubby house, sandpit, swing set and huge inground trampoline. It has two living areas, large modern kitchen & separate dining room, four good size bedrooms can accommodate up to eight people or take up the option of the upstairs parent retreat which will then accommodate a total of 10 adults.

Outside the Alfresco dining area leads directly on to the level sunny back yard. The rear yard catches the first rays of sunshine in the morning and is bright and warm all day, it's a lovely place just to relax, have a dip in the pool or kick a ball with the kids. The gardens are fully fenced, landscaped and very secure. Mona Vale beach is only 200m walk and Apex Park is a further 200m which consists of a children playground with gas barbecues.

This house is situated one minute walk from a major bus route running to Manly/Palm Beach (aka Summer Bay from Home & Away!) or the Sydney CBD. The famous Newport Arms Hotel is within a 5 minute drive where you can sit overlooking yachts on beautiful Pittwater while watching sports on their giant entertainment screen with a cold beer, great pub food and the kids can run around in the sandpit and climbing frame.

Sydney / Mona Vale area

Mona Vale is the ideal base for visitors who want to swim or surf Sydney’ Northern Beaches, to fish or to explore the region’s bush and still-waterways. On the oceanside, Mona Vale is flanked by a chain of surfing beaches and partly-protected bays, while it is bound by Pittwater and Ku-ring-gai Chase to the north and by the Narrabeen Lakes to the south.

Both Pittwater and the Cowan Creek system which meanders through Ku-ring-gai Chase give access to the Hawkesbury and Broken Bay which separates the Manly Warringah peninsular and Northern Beaches from the Central Coast tourist region.

Off Narrabeen Park Parade, the Recreation Reserve on the bluff dividing Mona Vale and Warriewood beaches, presents a peerless view over the coast, Mona Vale beach and golf course and beyond to glimpses of Pittwater, shimmering through gaps in the hills. When the sea breezes blow, hang-gliders flock to the reserve to launch themselves into flight off the headland.
