Situated right on Roches Beach, it is sheltered from the prevailing winds with the northern sun streaming through the extensive windows over-looking Frederick Henry Bay. The house is all on one level with a modern kitchen opening onto wooden decks where the noise of the water lapping will soothe the tiredest mind!
