This house is ideally situated directly opposite a popular swimming beach. It is just 10m from the beach, you just have to cross the road. The house has great ocean views from the lounge room. Take full advantage of the location and fabulous views. The house is only two blocks from the centre of town and all shops and restaurants. An older style house but very comfortable and it comes at a very reasonable tariff. Main bedroom has one double bed, 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds and 3rd bedroom has 1 single bed and 1 set of bunkbeds. Front and rear yards and lock up garage. Tenant to supply own linen,pillow slips and towels, can also be hired.

The location in Apollo Bay is really perfect - just far enough from the shops not to be bothered by them, yet close enough to walk anywhere to buy what you need or desire ;-) The house is very well equipped with modern appliances. Everything was perfectly tidy and clean. And Marg was very helpful, pleasant and welcoming. Finally, the view of the sea, from the lounge area, is breathtaking."
