If you wish to book - Email back advising that you agree with booking agreement, your contact address and mobile if you havn't provided them in enquiry and advise if you wish to pay by credit card or bank transfer (2.5% surcharge for card payments).
We then reserve your dates, process your payment and email you a booking confirmation, receipt and info pack for your stay.

All inclusive pricing - includes local phone, water, power and gas. Fully furnished, linen and towels, soap, toilet paper provided, beds made up.

Climate control is delivered by a ducted reverse cycle (heating and cooling) airconditioning system.

The townhouse has a downstairs living area complete with phone, WC, fully equipped laundry, gourmet kitchen and luxurious lounge. The loungeroom has a high definition LCD TV and DVD player with a selection of DVD movies provided. A single width, two car garage is accessed directly from the dining room and has a remote roller door. The upstairs living room is set up as a mini gym with commercial quality elyptical cross trainer, rowing machine, incline and vertical pedal machines. A balcony with chairs and tables allows guests to relax with a drink outside and take in the view of elegant townhouses lining Tully Rd. The three bedrooms are also upstairs and each is fitted with its own LCD TV and DVD. The two of the three bedrooms each have a luxurious pillow-top queensized bed fitted with Egyptian cotton sheets and quality doonas and pillows to make your sleep as comfortable and restful as possible. The third bedroom has two king sized single beds and equally luxurious mattresses and linen. The Master bedroom has a walk in robe, Ensuite & spa bath while a 2nd bathroom is shared by the remaining two bedrooms which also have built in robes. Bedrooms all have phone points for dial up internet access. (Must have your own aussie dial up provider) Free local phone calls are included and the Master bedroom has a bedside phone.
The townhouse is located in stunning Belvedere Estate in East Perth.

More Detail:

The gourmet style kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils including microwave, toaster, full-size fridge, electric kettle, Rice Cooker, dishwasher and chef-size gas stove. Dining table and setting for six is also supplied.

The laundry is fitted with automatic washing machine and porcelain tub, quality iron and ironing board. Clothes can be air-dried in the courtyard or in the dryer which is located in the lockup garage which is accessed from the kitchen. A separate third toilet is situated off the laundry area.

If you have your own vehicle, there is lockup parking for two vehicles with direct access into the Townhouse

Secure keyless entry allows for 24hr arrivals and ensures that everyone in your party can have access to the property at all times.

This property is a two storey townhouse with a rear garage and street front entry.

The property linen is changed weekly during stays of two weeks or more and at the end of each tenancy.

Locality

This East Perth townhouse is close to the Perth city centre and freeway system. It is an ideal central location for the business or holiday traveller.
Stroll to the Swan River and follow the riverside park around to Claisebrook Inlet and the vibrant East Perth cafes, restaurants and bars.
24 Hour fast food and groceries are available within the East Perth precinct.
The Riverside Burswood Park Public Golf course and State Tennis Centres are approx 3 minutes drive from the townhouse as is Belmont Park Racecourse, the WACA, the Royal Perth Hospital and the Interstate East Perth Train Terminal.
Within approx 5 minutes drive you can be at the Perth Convention Centre, the WA Museum and Art Gallery, Northbridge Club and Cafe strip or Burswood Casino.
The Domestic Airport is approx 15 minutes drive and the International approx 25 minutes. Scarborough Beach is approx 20 minutes drive.
The electric train station of Claisebrook is within a short walk and a free city bus service is available within the East Perth precinct at the Claisebrook inlet bridge end of Royal St.

  • "Hi there, I would love to reccommend this property to anyone visiting Perth. My son and I recently shared with another mum and her son as the boys were representing their state for AFL. We stayed a week and found the town house to be immaculately clean with everything we needed for a comfortable homely stay, the boys made good use of the gym equipment to warm up and down before and after games so this was a real bonus for us. We all had privacy which was important and were central to anywhere we needed to go. The surrounding area is just beautiful and we walked everywhere. The train station was a short stroll and the city is so close (2 stops). Honestly we were just delighted with absolutley everything. The management made booking and payment simple even though we were miles away and we knew if anything went wrong we had information and contact numbers on hand in the information pack provided to us before we left home. When I next go to Perth I won't hesitate to stay here again. Sincere thanks from all of us."

  • "I've never been a fan of hotels and always prefer to find somewhere to stay that feels like 'home'. Tully Rd felt exactly like that. The place is incredibly spacious and could easily support six people staying at any one time with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and three toilets. It has a massive kitchen with an oven and microwave - easy to entertain any local guests. Bathroom - dryer - spa - even it's own mini-gym. The location is ideal - within walking distance of public transport, shops and some great restuarants. Solid airconditioning - garage parking for up to two cars for those who want to hire cars - TV and DVD players (even a selection of films so you don't have to run to the DVD library, although we never found the time to really consider films). TV is each bedroom with their own remotes - even some complimentary drinks on arrival. I have to say that I was utterly impressed with the quality and level of service during our stay and I look forward to considering this my 'second home' any time I need to head over WA way. In short - highly recommend. Great value, great location and great service."

  • "It's taken me a long time to write a review, quite simply because I forgot. We had a wonderful time staying in the townhouse. With 3 Bedrooms, a large kitchen and eating area plus a good size lounge, space is plentiful. The nice touches of TV's and DVD players in every room was a bonus and with two kids each wanting to watch different movies, it solved many disagreements. The bathrooms were large and parking was convenient, even though a little too tight for a large car like we had. There is ample street parking also if you simply returning quickly to the apartment. We'll certainly be back!"

  • "Wonderful, spacious, clean and lovely property. Family of 6 adults were so comfortable and it felt like home. Well insulated so much so we did not need the heater, even in winter. Cnveniently located - close to free bus to city and to a lovely park by the river. The gym was an added bonus, esp on those rainy days when we could not go out for jog/walks. Have recommended this place to my friends without hesitation."
