Description

Wyomissing is a classic beach holiday house on the Mornington Peninsula. Its large backyard, outdoor & indoor living areas and quiet surroundings will ensure you unwind and relax.

Situated on the Tootgarook side of RYE, Wyomissing is a perfect place for a family holiday at the beach. The bay beach is only a short 300m walk away and the shopping centre of Rye is not much further.

Property Features

The house has 3 bedrooms to sleep 6 in comfort. Double bed for Mum & Dad, bunks for two kids and 2 singles for the teenagers or grandparents. Perfect for the family, but NOT suitable for a schoolies type holiday. Well behaved dogs are welcome.

The main condition of rental is that you bring your own linen & towels, and you must leave the house cleaned and tidy. Both these conditions help our guests have a reasonably priced family beach holiday
Strictly NO smoking inside.

The property features a large secure backyard, covered outdoor living areas, a shady tree to have drinks under, BBQ, carport, microwave, air-conditioning, and two TVs, all in a quiet residential area.
A very relaxing time for all.

Preferred Payment Options: EFT or Cheque.
Other methods of payment : online thru Stayz
A bond ($100 -$200) will be required for each booking, and is paid directly to the owner, NOT thu Stayz.
