"Amalfi" is a luxury, stylish 4/5 bedroom waterfront home with separate study and three bathrooms and is located exactly where you want to be for your holiday on the Gold Coast. Perfectly positioned facing North in prestigious Broadbeach Waters, you are only minutes away from world class holiday and lifestyle options including stunning patrolled ocean beaches, Jupiters Casino, Pacific Fair shopping and cinema complex, cafes, restaurants and Gold Coast nightlife. At Amalfi Gold Coast Waterfront House, world class golfing facilities are also nearby and you are only 25 minutes to Coolangatta airport and only 60 minutes to Byron Bay.

"Amalfi" is fully airconditioned and equipped with everything that you would expect to find for your convenience, including 5 Hi-Definition TV's, AUSTAR, 2 DVD players, stereo, cinema room with 5.1 Yamaha surround sound, a fully equipped kitchen, a waterside cabana with BBQ facilities and a large salt water swimming pool.
A full monitored security alarm is also installed.
Other facilities to help our younger guests include a stroller, a high chair, port-a-cot and a baby monitor. There is also an assortment of DVD's and games available with AUSTAR cable TV, WiFi internet access available and X-Box and PS2.
UPSTAIRS: Accommodation includes a casual living area with full length terrace and gorgeous North facing skyline views. This large family room also incorporates a home cinema with large screen plasma HiDef TV and Yamaha 5.1 surround sound and AUSTAR. Upstairs there is the master bedroom with LCD TV, ensuite plus two other bedrooms that share a large interconnected bathroom with corner spa. One of these bedrooms contains two sets of single bunks plus a queen bed, bean bags, and 42" plasma TV.
DOWNSTAIRS: Accommodation consists of main living/dining area with comfortable leather lounges, 42" plasma TV with AUSTAR cable, DVD player, a fully fitted kitchen, a large laundry and multi media study equipped with LCD TV, PS2 plus X-Box game console for the kids and a supply of popular games and WiFi internet. The multi media room can double as additional sleeping accommodation with a leather futon sofa-bed.
There is also a large bedroom with a queen bed and Built in Robes on this level.
OUTDOORS: Relax with a cooling drink under the poolside cabana or in the large fully fenced pool overlooking palm trees, your own private jetty and sandy beach.

If you own a boat, bring it along and park it at your own private jetty. There is a boat ramp near by and once you are underway out on the water, you'll be on main river in minutes.
There is undercover secure parking for two vehicles.
