At Amalfi Gold Coast Waterfront House, world class golfing facilities are also nearby and you are only 25 minutes to Coolangatta airport and only 60 minutes to Byron Bay.

"Amalfi" is fully airconditioned and equipped with everything that you would expect to find for your convenience, including 5 Hi-Definition TV's, AUSTAR, 2 DVD players, stereo, cinema room with 5.1 Yamaha surround sound, a fully equipped kitchen, a waterside cabana with BBQ facilities and a large salt water swimming pool.

Other facilities to help our younger guests include a stroller, a high chair, port-a-cot and a baby monitor. There is also an assortment of DVD's and games available with AUSTAR cable TV, WiFi internet access available and X-Box and PS2.

UPSTAIRS: Accommodation includes a casual living area with full length terrace and gorgeous North facing skyline views. This large family room also incorporates a home cinema with 50" plasma HiDef TV and Yamaha 5.1 surround sound and AUSTAR. Upstairs there is the master bedroom with LCD TV, ensuite plus two other bedrooms that share a large interconnected bathroom with corner spa. One of these bedrooms contains two sets of single bunks plus a queen bed, bean bags, 42" plasma TV with AUSTAR and electronic games including PS2 for the kids and a supply of popular games.

DOWNSTAIRS: Accommodation consists of main living/dining area with comfortable leather lounges, 42" plasma TV, fully fitted kitchen, a large laundry and multi media study equipped with LCD TV, X-Box and WiFi internet. The multi media room can double as additional sleeping accommodation with a leather futon sofa-bed.
There is also a large bedroom with a queen bed and Built in Robes on this level.

OUTDOORS: Relax with a cooling drink under the poolside cabana or in the large fully fenced pool overlooking palm trees, your own private jetty and white sandy beach.

PETS CATERED FOR TOO..

Why leave your pets at home when you holiday on the Gold Coast? At Amalfi Gold Coast, we are happy for you to share your holiday experience with your pet. However it is expected that pet owners will act in the best interests of their pets and not leave them unattended for other than very short periods.
Dogs are permitted inside the house, however they must not be allowed on furniture or bedding. Small and medium dogs are catered for, larger dogs may be accepted by arrangement. Normal bond conditions apply to damage caused to garden beds, lawns, furniture and furnishings caused by pets.

"Amalfi" is only minutes away from the off-leash dog exercise area near Kurrawa Surf Life Saving Club adjacent to beautiful Broadbeach and only an easy stroll to the gorgeous riverside off-leash dog park and local shops at Moana Park.

BRING YOUR BOAT..

If you are lucky enough to own a boat, bring it along and park it at your own private jetty. There is a boat ramp near by and once you are underway out on the water, you'll be on main river in minutes.

There is undercover secure parking for two vehicles and plenty of street parking for a trailer or caravan.
