Entering from your own secure entrance or through the secure double garage you can immediately relax and enjoy the perfect holiday or business accommodation. Enjoy the spacious gourmet kitchen using SMEG appliances, including a convection oven, microwave and dishwasher, a stainless steel side by side refrigerator with an icemaker and even a wine fridge to keep your wine at the correct temperature. Lots of cupboards filled with all the necessities of life, including everyday glasses, plates, platters, pots, pans and cooking utensils. The townhouse is beautifully decorated with superior quality furnishings, hand picked artwork, decor and linen, with air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout making your stay all the more perfect. The main bedroom has a King size bed and walk through robe to a deluxe ensuite, the second bedroom and third bedroom have Queen size bed's and built in robes and the study has a King single bed with trundle. Every bedroom has its own balcony to relax and watch the sunset and there are 2 superbly appointed bathrooms upstairs and a powder room downstairs.
In the living area there is a large LCD HD TV screen, DVD and stereo with surround sound and a C – BUS home automation system for easy living. An undercover alfresco patio area with BBQ overlooking the private salt water pool and spa sets the scene for entertaining in the tropics. There is a designated laundry with washing machine and dryer for convenience. The townhouse accommodates 6 – 8 people with over 12 year olds welcome.

4th August 2008 to 12th October 2008 - $650/night $4350 per week
12th October 2008 to 14th April 2009
$350/night –for 1 bedroom - $2250per week
$450 per night for 2 bedrooms - $2950 per week
$550 per night for 3 bedrooms - $3650 per week

(* Premium $ 850/night will apply to major events including Darwin Cup and Super Cars – July 3-6 Inclusive and July31st - 4th August inclusive)
Minimum 5 nights stay

A maximum of 8 guests permitted.
We are happy to accommodate guests over the age of 12

Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation fees will apply.

If you are able to inform us of your cancellation with more than thirty (30) days notice, your deposit will be refunded less a $50.00 accounting fee.

If notice is provided between thirty (30) days and not less than fifteen (15) days, 25% of the deposit* will be retained.

If less than fourteen (14) days and not less than seven (7)notice is given, 50% of the deposit* will be retained.

If cancellation notice is provided less than seven (7) days and up to one (1) day prior to the agreed check in date, 100% of the deposit* will be retained.

No cancellations are accepted on the day of arrival or after check in. You will be charged the total of the reserved stay under all circumstances.

Please note: * = The deposit is 50% of the agreed tariff on the full stay booked by the client.


Notification must be in writing either facsimilie or email and confirmed delivery is the responsibility of the Guest.

2.5 hours to world heritage Kakadu National Park, 1.5hours to Litchfield National Park, close to the beach, Darwin Golf and Darwin City, Mindil Beach Markets & restaurants in Cullen Bay.
