However we also have high regard for our neigbhours amenity and request that our guests are respectful in terms of privacy and noise.
In accordance with the Gold Coast City Council, Stayz and Holiday Rental Group Code of Conduct, Tranquillity has a strict NO PARTY and NO FUNCTION policy and is not available to young groups of singles or schoolies.
As Tranquillity is situated in a residential suburb, in consideration to our neighbours, we request all guests keep noise to a minimum outside and observe the residential area "quiet time" from 10 pm to 8 am.
