Family holiday house furnished thoughout with the emphasis on comfort for the ideal beachside holiday. Upstairs is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house, with a great veranda for outdoor eating or watching the whales and a sunroom which serves as a second bedroom. Sleeps up to 8. Downstairs is a self contained flat with two bedrooms & one bathroom. Sleeps up to 4. Ideal for anyone from couples, to the extended family or friends who want to holiday together.
Located in Augusta, just 100 metres from Jays Beach with great views of the Southern Ocean and the mouth of the Blackwood River. Close to the Margaret River Wine region, or head inland to the south west forests.
Watch whales and dophins from the veranda. Surf and child friendly beaches nearby. Leeuwin Lighthouse. Great fishing or boating on the river or ocean. Wineries, caves and all the attractions of Margaret River closeby.
