It is a secluded, beautifully furnished home set amongst the ancient Jarrah and Redgum forests in a very quiet street.

The home is within a ten minute drive of the famous Araluen International Golf Course. The towns of Roleystone and Kalamunda offer a relaxing country atmosphere.

Polished Jarrah floors throughout, Magnificent floor to ceiling windows in the lounge overlooking the Brookton Valley. Bedroom 1 Queen bed, a queen bed in bedroom 2 and two single beds in bedroom 3. A queen bed in bedroom 4. Cot and highchair available. All tastefully decorated. The house includes a split airconditioned system and a slow combustion fireplace in the lounge.

The house is completely furnished with a washing machine, dishwasher and tea/coffee facilities. Fully equipped large family kitchen, a BBQ. The house is suited for six -eight (6-8)adults or a family in a single booking as a party or group.

PRICES ARE CALCULATED FOR A COUPLE AND TWO CHILDREN UNDER 18 YEARS OLD. Extra adult-(18 years plus) -$30/night each. Extra children (under 18)- $20/night per child. Children use single beds only. Longer stays attract a discount. Contact us.

The house is situated ten five minutes from Roleystone. This is ideal for those in the country who are looking for Perth accomodation. Half hour from Fremantle and the sea and thirty-five minutes to the Causeway!
One approach is from the SouthWest toward Armadale along either the Albany Highway or the South West highway.Go through the township of Armadale along the Albany Highway toward Perth. Just a few kilometres from Armadale turn RIGHT at the Brookton Highway/Albany Highway traffic lights and go along the Brookton Highway and over a small bridge and then turn LEFT into Buckingham Road following Buckingham Road until the junction of Roberts Road, turn RIGHT. The house is on the right hand side with a green and white picket fence gate.
Another approach coming from Perth direction is along the Albany Highway. Coming from Perth direction towards Armadale turn LEFT at the Albany Highway Brookton Highway traffic lights follow Brookton Highway and go over a small bridge, turn LEFT into Buckingham Drive and follow until you come to Roberts Road, turn RIGHT. The house is on the right hand side with a green and white picket fence gate. Key will be available as per discussion on the telephone with dates and confirmation and full payment of booking. Totally secure garden, fenced with a high, secure gate. If extra linen for bedding or towels is required a surcharge applies.

See our specials for four or more days and last minute bookings. School holiday bookings are higher and need to be booked in advance. Extra persons not accounted for in the original booking will be charged the full amount for each night and charged to the presented credit card. Guests agree to this policy when booking with us. Bookings will be terminated if noise and rowdy behaviour is brought to our attention.
