Q) Why should I book with you?
A) We offer personal sevice. We meet all of our guests on arrival which gives us the opportunity to explain where local amenities are. Our guests can then also ask any questions they may have about local amenities or places to see.

Q) Do I need to bring any towels or linen with me?
A) In the apartment you will find one towel for each guest and a couple of spare towels. In the bathroom we supply two hand towels and two face towels and personal soaps. We also supply a full size hairdryer and make-up wipes. All you need to bring is your personal shampoos and conditioners. One phone call and we can drop in more items if you need them.

Q) I have a small child with me. What do you supply?
A) We supply a portacot with linen, a highchair, an assortment of children's toys, a foam fold-out lounge and a children's cot size mattress are also available upon request.

Q) What happens if I need something extra?
A) If you need anything that we do not have as standard then please email us before arrival and we will do our best to supply what you need. If you find you need something during your stay simply call us and we will do our best to get it to you on the same day.

Q) What if I have a problem?
A) Our policy is that if you have any issue whilst in our accommodation we ask that we be given the opportunity to rectify the issue as quickly as possible whilst you are in the property. Most issues can be rectified in a few hours. If we can't rectify the issue we will do our best to find you other accommodation or refund you if the issue interferes with your enjoyment of your holiday.
