The two bedroom house is located only 7km from the CBD of Melbourne, between the bayside suburbs of St. Kilda and Brighton. The street is very quiet and offers good public transport by either tram, bus or train into the City.
The house includes two double bedrooms which can accommadate any combination of two couples or four singles, as well as a fold out single bed (suitable for child) upon request.
Also included are a lounge room, kitchen, bathroom, laundry and a separate dining room. There is a west facing back yard that is very private.

Beautifully Located

Elwood Rose is a 10-15 minute walk to either the Acland Street shops or the restaurants and cafes in Ormond Road, Elwood. Within the Acland Street precinct are Luna Park, St. Kilda Beach, and top restaurants such as The Stoke House and Donovans.
A bike track along the Elwood Canal leads to Port Phillip Bay. The bay is ideal for swimming at Elwood, or riding along the bike path towards Brighton or Port Melbourne.
There are tennis courts nearby at Elsternwick Park and golf courses at Albert Park, Elsternwick, Brighton or Sandringahm. For those who need a little relaxation, the local shops have a range of Health and Well Being Services.

Accessing Melbourne

With good public transport into Melbourne from Elwood, it is easy to get to the CBD, St. Kilda Road Art Gallery, Southbank, the MCG and Docklands for all the footy and cricket, Rod Laver Arena for the Aust. Open Tennis and both the Flemington and Caulfield Race Tracks, home to the Spring Racing Carnival.
