It offers a large full bathroom with bath and separate shower.

The spacious lounge is equipped with TV Radio facilities and takes us into the kitchen/dinning room which makes for a cosy comfortable stay.

As this property is pet friendly There is an extra charge for fumigation after a pet has been in the property and we will ensure that all rugs and bedding are thoroughly cleaned after a stay which included a pet.
A minimum of 7 days booking is required.
Charges start at the advertised price depending on season, family numbers and duration of stay. The low pricing is during the winter season, the highest rate is over the summer and Christmas holiday. Over the Xmas holiday a minimum booking of at least 2 weeks is required.
A bond is required, this will be refunded at the end of the lease after a satisfactory inspection of the property.
There is a charge for a departure clean.
