Fully self-contained with a quaint country kitchen, reverse cycle air conditioning, log fire, featuring polished floor boards through out. Walking distance to the main street of Tanunda and to Para Road wineries. Tanunda swimming pool only 700 metres away.

The bathroom is a two way bathroom with the master bedroom, simply stunning complete with a luxury spa bath, candles and a flat screen TV to watch while soaking in the bath! There is also a second toilet in the sun room.

The lounge room has a lovely comfortable feel, relax in front of the combustion wood fire in winter with a glass of complimentary port! Find a range of magazines and books to chill out with.

This property boasts 3 large bedrooms, the master has a leather king size bed and private access to the bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed and the 3rd bedroom can either be 2 singles or a queen size.

The sunroom at the back of the property has a lovely views over gum trees along a creek bed, this room has a comfy day bed to watch the day go by, or just curl up with a good book.
