Barrenjoey beach house is newly renovated by top Interior designer Justine Hugh-Jones and featured by Belle magazine in Oct/ Nov 2008.

Across the road from Pittwater, the house is designed for stylish relaxation and enjoying the views.

There are 2 spacious floors, both with 180 degree water views.
The ground floor is the kids\' zone with bespoke crafted full size bunk beds for 4, a pool table, TV/ games room and bathroom.

Upstairs, there is a large open plan living area that makes the most of the water views. The gorgeous oversize sofas, daybeds invite you to relax. This flows onto the well equipped kitchen and the dining area which seats 10. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs - the master bedroom with its own sun room and lovely views, another double and a twin bedroom all with views. There is a luxurious bathroom with walk in shower and claw foot bath. There is a separate laundry with washing machine and tumble dryer.

There is a large outdoor sun deck off the kitchen with a great entertaining area, BBQ, dining area, sofa and daybed.

The upstairs living area has a flat screen TV, DVD player, stereo with Ipod input and charger. The Kids TV room also has a DVD player.

All linen and towels can be supplied from a local laundry service.

There is parking space for 3 cars.

Location

The house overlooks beautiful Pittwater with its pretty sailing boats and backdrop of West Head National Park beyond.
It is a few minutes drive to Palm Beach, with its 2 km stretch of sand and surf where \"Home And Away\' is filmed- the playground of the rich and famous.

At sunset, the water shimmers and the house and deck are bathed in warm light - this is a magic time to lie back on one of the daybeds with a long cool drink and enjoy life.

Rates – Low Season
$3,000 per week.
$1,750 per weekend (Three night minimum stay).

Rates – High Season
$6,00 per week (One week minimum stay).
Applies to December, January, Easter and school holidays.
Weekends on application.

Prices are based on up to 6 people. For bookings over 6 people please enquire.
