Good location in the suburbs, Quiet culdesac and good security. Disappointed that the airconditioning did not work, unit extremely hot without it.

Quiet, clean, well maintained premises. Ideal for those who would like to visit the hustle and bustle of Melbourne CBD however, be accomodated in more generous and homely surroundings. Public transport to CBD, Chapel Street and noted attractions very short walk. Everything required for stay is supplied within apartment. As mature, alternate and more laid back accomodation location can recommend highly and will hopefully be utilsing again if a Melbourne visit presents itself.

My husband and I stayed at Selwyn for over 6 weeks as we relocated from the UK to Australia. The apartment is in a fab location, close to all amenities incl Train, Trams and local shops. It's just off Toorak Road which leads straight into the city and Toorak itself is only 2 mins down the road and is a very lovely suburb. The area is one of the most expensive in Melbourne and you are surrounded by stunning homes, however Toorak has a nice villagey atmosphere and supermarket for all shopping needs.
The apartment itself is light and airy and nestled in a leafy area. It's got all you need and is a home from home. The beds are very comfortable and there's loads of storage space. Everything is provided so it's the perfect short term solution. The apartment block is secure and it's in a safe and quiet cul-de-sac.
A lovely place to stay and a nice welcome to Melbourne.
