A stay at Flatrock will be a stay to remember forever. Our beachhouse is perched on a hillside (absolute oceanfront with no roads to cross) with sweeping views of the ocean, headlands, lighthouse, and beautiful Racecourse Beach. The house is set in a private landscaped setting in which to enjoy and to take in the many different shows that nature has to offer- take in the sea birds, the dolphins competing for waves with the surfers, the fisherman, the migrating seasonal whales, the moon on the ocean... even a storm blowing in is a beautiful and exciting event from the house. There is a private "shangri-la" trail down the hillside or take a flat 2 min walk down the street to access gorgeous white sand Racecourse beach.
The whole house has 4 bdrms/ 3 bath.
Awesome views to be taken in from the upstairs open-planned living/dining/office/tvnook. Walk through the tops of the trees through a link that transports you to 3 bedrooms (king, queen, and 2 single beds) and 2 bathrooms (a sanctuary!!)
Downstairs has a very spacious separate living area and dining table (ideal for privacy and room enough in the house for people to do their own thing) A big slider separates the very large and comfy king sized bedroom /bathroom. Massive ocean views can be taken in from everywhere including the bathroom (which is seperated by plantation shutters)-pure bliss!
There is a non-fenced grassed yard with lots of native trees/plants. Enjoy BBQ's and eat al fresco under the sun or the stars. There is also an outdoor hot/cold shower all part of the fun after a day at the beach.
Relax carbon free. This house boasts massive water collection on site, solar electricity, and solar heated water.

"Flatrock" is located overlooking Racecourse Beach Ulladulla which is 3 1/2 hrs south of Sydney and 2.5 hrs from Canberra. Neighbouring towns Milton, Mollymook, Burrill Lake are all within 5 minutes drive. Jervis Bay Marine Park is 40 minutes north & Batemans Bay is 40 minutes south. Ulladulla is situated in the Shoalhaven which is renowned for its white sandy beaches,great surfing and fishing, scenic rivers & lakes with national parks and mountain ranges as a backdrop.
