Carlisle Loft is a bright, spacious and luxurious one bedroom apartment on the first floor. Downstairs there is just one other apartment with a permanent resident ensuring guests of Carlisle Loft enjoy a unique stay in a small private building. The property has been given an independent 4 star rating by AAA Tourism.

The location is fabulous; easy walking distance to Acland Street, Fitzroy Street, great cafes, restaurants and public transport.

The apartment is accessed by an external stair case and private entrance. The open plan living areas include generous seating centred around an integrated Bang & Olufsen TV/DVD/CD unit, along with pay TV.

A separate study area with broadband is located off the lounge room and makes this an ideal property for executives and corporate stays.

Dining for 6 people is provided so you can invite friends around if you like to entertain. The kitchen is fully equipped with Bosch appliances including oven and cooktop, dishwasher, microwave and all the crockery and cutlery you require for a comfortable stay. A Bosch washing machine has also been installed.

The bathroom is beautifully styled with oversized shower, double vanity, luxurious towels and hairdryer provided for guests.

The bedroom is generously sized with a queen sized bed with latex mattress which provides additional comfort. Excellent storage is provided throughout the apartment.

The rear deck is spacious and is a great spot to enjoy outdoor dining and BBQ. Two sunlounges have been provided for you to enjoy. The owners have also provided a dog bed for pet guests.

Broadband internet is included in the rates.

A large reverse cycle heating/cooling unit ensures comfort during your stay.

St Kilda is situated on one of the most picturesque points of Port Phillip Bay approx 5km directly south of the city, has safe sandy beaches and a great cross section of people. Back in the first half of the century, St Kilda was one of the most fashionable suburbs of Melbourne with grand homes and grand people. Today, it is enjoying a resurgence. This bayside suburb is now one of the main tourist destinations in Melbourne and is renowned for its picturesque bayside setting, close proximity to the city, beaches, music venues, restaurants and cafe lifestyle.
