The Torquay township with it's supermarkets, shops, banks and other many facilities is an easy 5 minute walk away together with the new Torquay Central providing speciality shops to satisfy the shopper in all of us. If that is not enough every type of surf shop including Billabong, Quicksilver and Ripcurl is within walking distance so throw away the car keys, they won't be needed.

Downstairs - Provided downstairs is a further two bedrooms both with built in wardrobes and another living room which is perfect as a childrens retreat. Entertainment facilities provided in this living area are TV, DVD player and a Video player. This room is furnished with bean bags and a double divan which provides additional bedding. There is another large bathroom, a fully equipped laundry and much more.
