TORQUAY RETREAT is a property second to none. Located only 100m from both the surf beach & the front beach, any desire will be satisfied whether it be a day surfing or a day at the beach with the family. Cafes, restaurants, takeaway outlets and a bakery are at your doorstep with the Torquay hotel only a very short stroll away. The Torquay township with it's supermarkets, shops, banks and other many facilities is an easy 5 minute walk away together with the new Torquay Central providing speciality shops to satisfy the shopper in all of us. If that is not enough every type of surf shop including Billabong, Quicksilver and Ripcurl are within walking distance so throw away the car keys, they won't be needed.
Property Description.
This two storey town residence has been completely refurbished to the highest standard by new owners.
Upstairs- The upstairs comprises a very spacious open plan kitchen, living and dining with these areas opening to large deck - fantastic for outdoor living. An outdoor setting is provided together with market umbrella and a barbecue connected to mains gas. Entertainment facilities provided are a 42'' Flat Screen TV, a DVD player and a CD stereo player. The upstairs area is flooded with light and has a pleasant outlook.
The main bedroom is located upstairs and it has a queen size bed, built in wardrobes and an ensuite.
Downstairs - Provided downstairs are three bedrooms, one with a queen size bed, one with 2 king single beds and the other one doubling as a children's retreat. Entertainment facilities provided in this living area are TV, DVD player and a Video player.There is large bathroom with a spacious walk in shower and a fully equipped laundry.

Barbecue bond - Please ensure that the barbecue is left clean. If not left clean $100.00 will be deducted from your bond for cleaning purposes.
