The kitchen has been recently renovated (April 2011) and has Bosch stainless steel appliances and a new breakfast bar. It is the perfect place to catch the morning sun. The house has off street parking for 2 cars, a garage, a laundry and a fully enclosed backyard. There is a massive north facing deck directly off the living area and kitchen that is perfect for Summer BBQ's. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, built in robe and a new fully renovated ensuite. The second bedroom has bunk beds, a single bed and a trundle bed and comfortably sleeps 4 people. There is also a built in robe in this room. The 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed and a built in robe. The living/dining area contains a large dining table that comfortably seats up to 8 people as well as 2 x 3 seater couches and chairs. There is an outdoor shower, a table tennis table in the garage and the house also has central heating and ceiling fans throughout.

A short stroll takes you to pristine Blairgowrie Beach (approx 900m). The social hub of Blairgowrie with its restaurants, cafes and shops, is only a few moments away by car or a 20 minute walk.

Just over 1 1/2 hrs from the Melbourne City Center and 2 hrs from the Melbourne International Airport Blairgowrie Beach holiday house is a great getaway from the daily grind.

Experience some of the local attractions such as the wineries, and Mornington National Peninsula National Park or play a round of golf on a championship course. Centrally located to explore the prisitine bay and ocean beaches. Blairgowrie Beach holiday house is the ideal base from which to discover all that the Mornington Peninsula offers.
