Enjoy all that Noosa has to offer - River, Surf, National Park, excellent dining/cafes, fishing, swimming, boating and kayaking. Minutes FLAT walk to the Noosa River with sandy beaches, walking and bike tracks and picnic spots complete with BBQ areas. Hastings street is an easy 20 minute walk.

Designer furnishings and fittings throughout, open plan living, dining and kitchen area which open out on an entertaining area with BBQ and outdoor dining. The Kitchen with Caesarstone benchtops and glass splashbacks includes European appliances - dishwasher, oven, grilltop, microwave and fridge with filtered water outlet. The laundry includes washing machine and dryer and clothesline in the private courtyard. The men will love the 107cm Plasma TV with remote and DVD. Bathroom has both a bath and shower with seperate toilet on the upper level plus a seperate toilet downstairs.
To cool off, all areas are airconditioned or take a dip in the beautiful gated swimming pool. If you have wheels, park in the carport near the front door.
