Newly renovated, superbly appointed 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom, fully airconditioned apartment. Enjoy all that Noosa has to offer - River, Surf, National Park, excellent dining/cafes, fishing, swimming, boating and kayaking. Minutes FLAT walk to the Noosa River with sandy beaches, walking and bike tracks and picnic spots complete with BBQ areas. Hastings street is an easy 20 minute walk.

Townhouse
Designer furnishings and fittings throughout, open plan living, dining and kitchen area which open out on an entertaining area with BBQ and outdoor dining. The Kitchen with Caesarstone benchtops and glass splashbacks includes European appliances - dishwasher, oven, grilltop, microwave and fridge with filtered water outlet. The laundry includes washing machine and dryer and clothesline in the private courtyard. The men will love the 107cm Plasma TV with remote and DVD. Bathroom has both a bath and shower with seperate toilet on the upper level plus a seperate toilet downstairs.
To cool off, all areas are airconditioned or take a dip in the beautiful gated swimming pool. If you have wheels, park in the carport near the front door.
Bedrooms
Two Queen bedrooms with luxurious latex mattresses. Third bedroom with two bunk beds which sleeps 4. Main bedroom with balcony and Plasma TV for the . To add to your comfort all bedrooms and living areas with reverse cycle airconditioning.All linen and bath towels supplied.

Just had a 20 night stay at this townhouse at St James Square over the xmas / New year Holidays. My family was out from Ireland and enjoyed everthing Noosaville had to offer. The location of the townhouse was perfect walking distance to all cafes and restaurants. The kids had a ball swimming and playing on the sandy banks of the noosa river at end of the street. we had very hot weather and this townhouse was perfect as its fully air-con and the pool was beautiful.

First week of December school holidays is a great time to visit Noosa.We had this Excellent townhouse in Noosaville.Small quiet complex and the pool ourselves. walking distance to everything. Great townhouse for a family as it has 3 bedrooms.

We travelled from Townsville for a 7 night stay at this beautiful modern townhouse. It was great to have the 3 bedrooms as as the kids enjoyed there own rooms. As there is only 14 townhouses in the complex its not busy like a holiday resort . Great location close to shops, supermarket cafes, river ,beach , bus stops etc.I would recommened this townhouse to my family and friends.

Wow, what a wonderful home base for our weeks holiday in Noosa. We were only 2 minutes from supermarkets, restaurants, local attractions and the glorious river and everything was within walking distance. Our greatest thanks to our wonderful hosts who provided us with the most amazing accommodation for myself, my wife and 3 kids aged 12-9-6. Their was ample room, great facilities for all.Highly, highly recommended.

Last February l stayed at a place in Noosaville in the same street and paid $300 per night this Towwnhouse is bigger and just as nice for less than half the price 3 bedrooms are hard to find this was just perfect for my family we had a great time
