Guest Reviews
This was a lovely property opposite the water - fantastic views from the upstairs bedroom and living room. The owners were incredibly nice - they knew we were arriving late and they had even left us some milk in the fridge as they knew we wouldn't get to the shop. It was a lovely stay.We chose to stay here as we were going to the Avalon airshow and it was a great location for that.

Our stay at Batman Point was lovely - the house is in a great location, directly opposite the water with beautiful views from the front rooms and upstairs bedroom.

Bruce was very helpful in ensuring our late night arrival was easily accommodated and the thoughtful bottle of milk left in the fridge was a lovely touch.

I'd definitely recommend the property to others.

Great location, close to the beach, good local shop and not too far from most other facilities at St Leonards, including a very good restaurant.
