SeaShells is a lovely, sunny, recently renovated beach house situated 5km from the middle of Ulladulla and 2km from the seaside village of Burrill Lake.
If not having to drive to the beach is what you want, then this is the place for you. 150 metres from the back door is Racecourse Beach. You can swim, surf, walk, and fish to your hearts content. Dogs are allowed on the beach. The backyard is fully fenced.
The house is on a large block. It has 2 tv/living areas, 3 bedrooms main with ensuite, 2 bathrooms, laundry, 2 carports. All you have to bring is your linen, towels and beach towels. The house is well stocked with provisions in the kitchen and has quality furniture and appliances.

There is a large open reserve at the rear of the property just great for the kids to play cricket, ride their bikes or kick a ball around.
Stroll down the beach to nearby Burrill Lake for cafes, general store and fast food. Burrill Lake has a large children\'s park with bicycle track and play equipment and on the lake itself there is water skiing, fishing, canoeing, sailing.
There is a bicycle path all the way on to Ulladulla.
Ulladulla is a vibrant town with shops, banks, restaurants, clubs, picture theatre, library, harbour with its fishing fleet, leisure centre with gym and indoor/outdoor pools, squash, tennis, golf, fishing, scuba diving.
Climb Pigeon House mountain, charter a fishing boat, go bush walking.
Ulladulla is a 2 1/2 hour drive from Sydney and Canberra.
