Melbourne Holiday Apartments - City Docklands 1 is perfect for families or friends visiting Melbourne. Walk to shops, restaurants, trendy pubs, cafes, activities and entertainment . This is a very new and exciting tourist precinct on the Melbourne waterfront. To the city centre, its just a short walk or 5 minute ride on the free city circle tram, free tourist bus, or pay trams 86 or 70. Etihad Stadium is just a very short walk and its just 20 minutes on tram 70 to the MCG, AAMI Park and the Melbourne Park Tennis Centre.

We charge per apartment, not per person.
The maximum number of people is 5.

Discounts apply to bookings of 7-nights or more.

Bookings of 10-nights or longer are offered a free weekly mid-stay apartment clean, which includes changing bed linen and refreshing bath towels.

1st Bedroom - 1 x king bed, or 2 x long-single (twin beds)
2nd Bedroom - 1 x king bed, or 2 x long-single (twin beds)
Living Room - 1 x day bed (day bed linen - $30 charge).

Porta-cots and high chairs are available upon request (at no charge) - cot linen is not supplied.

One free under-building car parking space is provided (maximum height clearance 2.2m).

From your living room and large private balcony you overlook the Southern Star Observation Wheel and from the bedrooms you will enjoy some city views. You also look out on all the activity of the Harbour Town cafes, shops, etc. Please note that the wheel will not be operating until late 2012.

This very quiet, modern, 2-bedroom, fourth floor (with lift access), corner apartment is at the new Harbour Town cafe and retail shopping precinct at Waterfront City, Melbourne Docklands. Its just 200 metres from the Victoria Harbour New Quay waterfront promenade with its harbourside restaurants and regular activities. There is also a brand new ice skating centre (The Icehouse), which is open for public ice skating daily.

The apartment itself has 2 bedrooms, one central bathroom with shower over shallow bath and laundry facilities, including washing machine and clothes dryer. The kitchen overlooks the open-plan living/dining area and is fully-equipped with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, stove/oven and a microwave oven. The living/dining area is stylishly furnished and contains an LCD television and Bose surround sound lifestyle system. Both bedrooms have city views, built-in wardrobes, fresh air and lots of natural light.

Special features include; private balcony, reverse cycle heating/air-conditioning with heating to all rooms, intercom, electronic door entry system and lift access to the apartment.

Internet - there is no Internet to the apartment. The nearest Internet cafes are in the city (CBD).

Check in: anytime after 2pm (key collection and luggage drop can be from 10:30am by prior arrangement)
Check out: before 10am (luggage can be stored until 1pm)

  • "We loved it! We booked 2 units and there was 3 of us in each. There was plenty of space, the furnishings were nice and we had all that we needed to be comfortable. Being on top of the shopping area was terrific, and I dont even think I got to see them all. All in all it was a good location, easy to get into the city and we would definitly stay again.We have also recommended the place to others who are wanting to come down to Melbourne soon too!"
