Over the last 10 years SMITHYS has been one of the best Smiths Lake holiday properties due to its location, spectacular views and family friendly layout.
In 2009 the property was looking a bit tired and was withdrawn from Stayz rentals but in 2010 SMITHYS IS BACK.
We have purchased this wonderful property and set about bringing it up to the highest standards expected by discerning holiday makers.
The kitchen has been fitted out with new stainless steel appliances and we have installed a plasma TV and home cinema system. The gardens have been tidied up and we have given the property lots of love and attention.
We use SMITHYS as our family holiday home. A place to relax and forget about our 'normal' Monday to Friday life. We hope you will enjoy it as much as we do.
The outlook and views are stunning. Sitting atop a 3000m2 block the property offers you everything needed for a truly relaxing stay.
In a quiet location, SMITHYS is situated on the highest street in the Smiths Lake village. Local shops are only a 3 minute walk away, with the lakes edge a 5 minutes walk. Venture onto the deck and admire the stunning uninterrupted views of the lake and across to the sandbar and Celito beach.
Walk to the lakes edge and enjoy a coffee at the well known Frothy Coffee. Hire a boat, go for a swim, throw in a fishing line or go kayaking. There is also a playground for the little ones.
Smiths Lake village shops has a bakery, bottle shop, butcher, supermarket with video hire, a hairdresser and cafe.
Celito beach is the closest beach and is accessed by short drive then a walk along a rainforest boardwalk. Blueys, Boomerang and Elizabeth beaches just a few minutes further north.
Tennis courts and a golf course are also nearby. For a movie or to satisfy the shopping bug, Forster is only a 20 minute drive North.
Enjoy dinner in the bistro at the local Bowling club or venture to one of the many restaurants in the Pacific Palms area.
