This house is perfect for one family but can easily accomodate up to two families with plenty of space.

Accomodation includes (Upstairs)B4 has a queen size bed with ensuite and walk in robe (ocean views), spacious lounge area (50m2) with two lounges. There is a TV and DVD player with a large selection of DVD's to choose from. Off the upstairs lounge area there is a full balcony with views to Falcon Bay.

(Downstairs) fully contained kitchen, Lounge area with two lounges, TV and DVD player. 6 seater dining area. B1 has a queen bed. B2 has 2 x bunk beds and a babies cot. B3 has a single bed plus a set of bunk beds. Off B3 is another TV and DVD player. The wet areas include a bathroom with 2nd toilet and a fully contained laundry

Note: all furniture/bedding/whitegoods are less than 12 months old.

There is newly fitted reverse cycled airconditioning both upstairs and downstairs.

In the brand new fully landscaped outdoor area there is plenty of parking for cars and a boat.A large grass area with a slide, swing set and basketball hoop or for the more active kids there is plenty of room to ride bikes and skateboards.

Alfresco area with BBQ and Seating for 6. Backyard is fully fenced with lockable side gate.

This lovely holiday home is situated in Falcon only a short stroll from the famous Falcon Bay, which offers a sheltered child friendly sandy beach ideal for fishing and swimming. For a great coffee or early morning breakfast visit the Falcon Bay cafe on Spinaway Parade, opposite Falcon Bay or you might like to spend your time playing golf at one of the many nearby courses including "The Cut" at Port Bouvard or Meadow Springs Country Club.

Just a short stroll to the local shopping centre which includes Woolworths, a Chemist, the famous Miami Bakery, Video store, Newsagent, Post Office, Cafe, Hairdresser a Medical centre and a Liquor store/ Cobblers Tavern.

Their are also a number of takeaway outlets including Miami fish and chips.

Our home provides the perfect getaway for adults and children in a relaxed, serene area without having to travel for hours from Perth.
