Right at the tip of Kings Point on beautiful Burrill Lake,The Point has panoramic lake views from every room of the house. Whether you like fishing, water skiing, sailing, kayaking or just a beautiful place to stay, The Point has it all: a rocky point to fish from, your own boat ramp and your own private pontoon to fish or swim from.
The Point is modern and comfortable. It has 2 reverse cycle air-conditioning units, one upstairs and one downstairs. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms, the kitchen, lounge room, dining room and a bathroom with shower/bath. Downstairs has a large rumpus room and the laundry. The laundry has a second toilet and bathroom vanity sink/cabinet. The house accommodates eight people (upstairs has 1 queen bed, 1 double bed and 1 single bed; downstairs has 1 queen bed and 2 single beds). Please note that there is no internal access between up and downstairs. Pets are not allowed and this is definitely a non smoking house. 'The Point' is less than a 5 minute drive to the Ulladulla town center, restaurants and popular local beaches.

Bookings from Saturday to Saturday are preferred. Weekend bookings and mid week bookings will be considered in the off peak months. $450 per weekend, $400 Mon-Fri.

I have stayed at this property at least once a year for the last few years. It is a great location and excellent value. The house is always clean and the owner is wonderful. There is lots of room to move around and the views are fantastic no matter what the weather. I regularly recommend this property to friends and will continue to stay there in future. Highly recommend.

It was the most perfect place to relax, explore and enjoy. The house was ideal - great layout (open plan kitchen & lounge & dining, split level to bedrooms & bathroom), had heaps of space to spread out, very private, great for kids, lovely beds & linen, and excellent kitchen (huge fridge!). The views were amazing and visible from every direction, and we all felt like we
had a real holiday. The private jetty was great for sitting & fishing from too. Ulladulla was great as well - lots of shops, great views, and good halfway point between Nowra & Bateman's Bay for daytrips.
Jacky was wonderful to correspond with and we will definitely be heading back!

a little gem..if u want time with friends or a fun filled hoilday with the family you can do both..large house with all the modern needs yet is in a peaceful location...if fishing off there private jetty is your thing( and we caught alot of fish on the jetty and in near by waters) or just admiring the beautiful surrounds listening n feeding the birds then this is the place to stay..we will be back.thank you also to the owners who were very helpful.

This place is just idyllic. Peaceful and private. We left our bedroom blinds and windows open all night just to catch the dawn breaking in the morning. Absolutely breathtaking! Amazing scenery from all rooms. The lorikeets and king parrots visited daily for their feed on the verandah and the whole holiday experience was just "simply the best". No hesitation in recommending The Point to anyone-either families or couples. It has everything you could want of a holiday and Jacky, was one of the nicest and most hospitable owners you could ever wish to deal with. Can't wait to go back.

We enjoyed a wonderful 2 week family holiday at The Point. The views of the lake are simply breath taking and the house is very clean, comfortable and well presented. Our children enjoyed the birds that frequently visited, we fished from the private jetty and enjoyed boat trips on the lake. If you are after a relaxing holiday in a stunning setting then you can't go past The Point!

This was our first holiday with our daughter (5months). It was a lovely relaxing time. The house was well equipped, clean and very comfortable. The views were fantastic. We enjoyed lovely walks in nearby national parks, enjoyed introducing our daughter to the ocean, the lake, fishing and bird life that came to feed on the veranda. We were unfortunate to get 2 dust storms and gale force winds while we were there, which gave us the opportunity to enjoy the lovely range of books to read and the comfortable couches to relax on! We would love come back again.

We had a great stay at Kings Point. We really loved the place and would certainly consider going back. It was all set-up perfectly for a great holiday, with a well stocked kitchen and games/dvds etc. We were impressed with how clean it all was when we arrived as the owner had cleaned it just before. We had lots of rain, but the place with it's views and perfect position helped make up for that. The bbq was excellent too and the hot water never ran out.
A bigger TV would have been great and don't forget that there's no shower downstairs. Great value overall.

What a fantastic property! Wonderful location, beautiful views, thoroughly outfitted - and owners that are a pleasure to deal with. You would be hard pressed to find a better holiday rental. We absolutely loved it - and will definitely return again.

Amazing location overlooking the lake. Maximum 5 minute drive into Ulladulla town center. Large residence that can cater for many. Fabulous owners with speedy responses, helpful and friendly. Will definately go back!
