Bendalong's beaches and boat ramp are close by for outside fishing as well as boat ramp access to Lake Conjola and Berringer lake.
The property is PET FRIENDLY but must remain OUTSIDE OF THE HOUSE at all times,so is not suitable if they are usually allowed inside your house.The rear yard is fully fenced and the rear deck is closed on 2 sides and fully roofed in case of inclement weather. Please indicate if you wish to take your pet at TIME OF ENQUIRY.
The general stores at Bendalong and Cunjurong Point can supply most of your needs (including a bottle shop and petrol/diesel)

This 3 bedroom beachhouse is recently renovated (including brand new furnishings) to include everything you could want for your beach holiday.
beachbreaks has been set up to accommodate larger family groups or 2 couples with kids in comfort.

The open plan living area includes leather lounges, plasma TV and DVD, stereo and reverse cycle air conditioning.
The huge dining table which seats 8 is sure to be the hub of many memorable family meals feasting on the seafood you have just caught in nearby Lake Conjola or off one of the many nearby beaches!
The kitchen includes a huge side-by-side fridge, microwave and all the essentials for your stay.
"beachbreaks @ manyana" has a stunning north facing front balcony with bush, beach and ocean views to Bendalong great for reading the morning papers or a quiet afternoon drink. For those hot summer days there is a large shady covered back deck with outdoor setting and gas BBQ adjoining the fully fenced secure grassy back yard which is great for kids to run around (dogs/pets are not permitted inside the the house at any time).
