Immaculate 3 bedroom, open plan home. Walk to only patrolled beach, new restaurants, cafes, shops, Riverview Hotel & bicycle track. 30 mins to Philip Island and Wilsons Prom. Features include a large yard, private courtyard with bbq and outdoor setting, TV/DVD, stereo, microwave, split system heating & cooling. Sleeps 6, linen required. Specials available. Located in the first estate of Venus Bay. Provides easy access to surf beaches, Andersons Inlet and the Tarwin River. Plus all the shops and sites that Venus Bay has to offer.
Venus Bay is approximately 160km south-east of Melbourne. It can be reached by following the Bass Hwy. Along the way, you will drive through the coastal towns of Kilcunda, Wonthaggi and Inverloch, you will also pass the turn off to Philip Island. An easy drive with lots to see and do along the way.
Sleeps 6 - 1 double, 1 single, 1 bunk (double below and single above).
Walk to patrolled beach or use the new bicycle track between Tarwin Lower and Venus Bay - only metres from the door!
Private courtyard and bbq and 6 seat glass table outdoor setting.
Lounge with widescreen Television and dvd player, and stereo. Each bedroom having its own tv and a DVD player.
Fully equipped kitchen with Fridge/Freezer, Oven and Microwave. Heaps of space to store all of your belongings and things you collect along the way!

Seperate Laundry with own access to yard and clothesline. Iron and Ironing board supplied.
Large yard, great for a game of cricket or footy, or just pull up a chair and watch the birds.
Seperate toilet and bathroom with a bath great for the kids or good to relax in.
Bush Walks, Bike Rides, Fishing, Swimming, Surfing, Sailing, Golf, Bird Watching, Scenic Drives. Kangaroo lookout.
Visit Rod Bendings to enter into the weekend fishing comps and have a great day out.
Visit the Community centre with holiday activities. Walk to children's playgrounds and relax at the new restaurants, bar or outdoor cafes or take a look around the new gift shop in the main strip of Venus Bay's first estate.
Explore nearby national parks and historic locations, including Wilsons Prom and the lime kilns at Walkerville and the Bunarong Coastal drive between Inverloch and Cape Patterson.
You can visit the Tarwin Market each holiday Monday, and the Venus Bay twilight market over the summer holiday
