Modern and beautifully decorated, this house is great for families and couples and is set among private homes in a child friendly street. Simply walk in, unpack your suitcase and choose whether to swim in the pool, play in the park or take the 10 minute drive to Manly. The local area is abundant with beautiful beaches, restaurants and cafes.

Features of the house include three large double bedrooms, separate lounge and family room, fully equipped kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining areas, 11m saltwater swimming pool and a park across the road. The house also has central heating, ceiling fans and a built in trampoline. Front and back decks provide a wonderful opportunity to relax, read a book and enjoy the beautiful Australian weather.

The house ‐ description

Bungalow Blue is arranged over three split levels. Timber floored and carpeted throughout, it has an Asian focus with plenty of natural light.

At the rear of the house, an open‐plan kitchen and dining area lead out onto the 11m saltwater
swimming pool with glass security fences and a private and secluded backyard. The main deck has an outdoor fireplace and a BBQ allowing you to entertain while keeping an eye on the kids playing in the swimming pool and backyard. With table settings for eight you can enjoy long meals at the indoor or outdoor dining tables. The adjacent pool deck has a large outdoor umbrella with reclining pool chairs.

At the front of the house, a beautiful lounge room opens onto a third deck nestled among beautiful tropical plants. The sitting are is equipped with comfortable lounges, a plasma TV and a selection of over 200 DVDs to choose from.

Upstairs, the master bedroom features a king size bed with en‐suite, walk‐in wardrobe, plasma television and a view of the pool and bush district. On the ground level, the second bedroom has a double bed with a large wardrobe and an office attached, and the third bedroom has a queen size bed with a large wardrobe and a view of the pool.

The laundry, also located on the ground floor and with easy access to an outdoor clothes line, is fully equipped with a washing machine and clothes dryer.

Directly across the road, a state‐of‐the‐art gated recreation park and play area provides a great place to sit under the gum trees and have a picnic while the kids make use of the playground facilities.
