BEACHSCAPE - This spacious property comprises 3 bedrooms, the 2 downstairs bedrooms have queen beds, the upstairs master bedroom has a trundle bed (2*single) and a queen bed all bedrooms have a TV and DVD player; there is a sofa bed upstairs (sleeps 10).

2 bathrooms master with bath/shower, as well as an ensuite upstairs.

Separate European Laundry with washing machine and clothes line in backyard.

SEAVIEW - This property comprises 3 bedrooms downstairs, with 2 queen beds, 1 bunk (double bottom/single top) & a single bed; and a double sofa bed upstairs (sleeps 10).

Bathroom with spa bath/shower, as well as separate toliets upstairs and downstairs.

Separate Laundry with washing machine and clothes line in backyard.

LOCALITY

OCEAN GROVE is an easy 75 minute drive from Melbourne (100km). Nearby towns include: Barwon Heads (5mins), Queenscliffe/Point Lonsdale (5-10mins), & Torquay/Geelong (15-20mins)

OCEAN GROVE has one of the safest & most popular family beaches in Victoria.

ACTIVITIES include:
Fishing (piers and boat ramp), bowls club and Ocean Grove Golf Course, Learn to Surf lessons on the main beach, the new 22 Water Ride Adventure Park is just a 10 minute drive away, local wineries, horse-riding and mini-golf are all available in the local area. There is also a local dog beach.

Both properties are a 5 minute walk to shops/restaurants and 700-800m from the beach & Ocean Grove Hotel, handy to both surf and bay beaches.
