The home is ideally set up for young children.

Comprising of 4 bedrooms this property can accommodate up to 9 guests comfortably. It has 2 bathrooms.

Features include an open plan family room which also incorporates a sleek modern kitchen, lounge/dining with polished timber floors, split system A/C, toasty gas wall heater, TV, DVD, CD player, washing machine, microwave, 2 bathrooms (one with a bath) and a dishwasher.

The 2nd living area has been converted into a playroom consisting of a Sony 2 playstation, dual air hockey/pool table, TV/DVD player, loads of toys and books, plus split system A/C making it an ideal retreat for the kids.

Enjoy entertaining family and friends on the fabulous outdoor deck, gas BBQ with wok and outdoor gas heater which overlooks the large ti-tree\'d back garden. A hot/cold outdoor shower makes for great use after a day at the beach.

The front garden is fully fenced, making it a great place for the kids to play in, offering plenty of space to run around. A fenced trampoline, basketball stand and totem tennis set also provide plenty of hours of fun for the kids.

This home offers ample off street parking.

Rye Bliss is located within a 10 minute or 1.3 KM walk to the back beach and National park. The location is extremely quiet and relaxing.

Linen can be supplied (a surcharge applies), so simply sit back and enjoy!

A refundable bond applies to all bookings.

Note - no schoolies or university student bookings will be accepted, nor bookings from individuals under the age of 25 years. Failure to disclose this upon booking may result in non return of the bond.

A cleaning charge may be applied if the property is not left in a satisfactory condition.

Explore the Area

Sixteenth beach is only a 10 minute walk away. The national park is also close by - take a walk along the foreshore, climb the dunes and watch the surf roll in - great to see in Summer or Winter. At low tide there are a number of Rock Pools to discover - see the local wildlife in it\'s natural environment.

There are also a number of first class golf courses near by such as Moonah Links, The Dunes and the famous RACV Cape Schank course. If you want to relax, how about an afternoon relaxing at the Peninsula Hot Springs complex or taking a drive to one of the many wineries / restaurants in and around the Red Hill area - just 20 minutes away.
