Downstairs has 2 bedrooms + 1 bathroom (sleeps 4)
Bedroom 1 = 1 queen bed

Upstairs has 4 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms (sleeps 11).
Bedroom 1 = 1 queen bed
Bedroom 2 = 1 double bed plus single bunk
Bedroom 3 = 2 sets of single bunk beds (4 beds)

"The house is fantastic, especially for two or more families. It is especially children friendly with all the safety features, overlooking the river and has it's own jetty, and a lovely pool.
The owner stayed late to meet us and was very helpful, providing assistance when we asked. If you are looking for a holiday, close to surfers, (walking distance) and have children and several families, it is a very cost effective way to go. Thanks Christine."

Things To Do

* Located on deep water with your own private jetty, feel free to bring your boat
* Fish off the Jetty! You can catch flat head, whiting or bream to name a few. Or maybe feeding the many fish & ducks is more your thing?
* Watch the boats cruising by
* Maybe you would prefer to just chill out with a book around the in ground pool 11mts x 5mts
* Hire a BBQ boat, you can cruise up to Wave Break Island and enjoy the day on the water or just stay close and explore all the water ways.
* Take a stroll into Surfers Paradise on Wednesday and Friday nights to the Surfers Paradise night markets.
* If shopping is on the agenda, all the Gold Coasts major centres are within a 5km radius - Pacific Fair, Australia Fair, Oasis Shopping Centre, Marina Mirage and of course Surfers Paradise. A 15 minute drive and you'll find a bargain at Harbour Town Factory Outlets.
* If you’re feeling lucky, Conrad Jupiter's Casino is 3km away and has many bars and wonderful restaurants. Dinner and show packages are also on offer. Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre at Broadbeach hosts regular exciting events. Enjoy coffee while you view the Gold Coast from the 78th floor of Q1, one of the Worlds tallest residential buildings.
* The Gold Coast is home to many major theme parks such as Sea World, Movie World, Dreamworld, Wet’n’Wild and White Water World.
