Description
This unique adult only air-conditioned apartment overlooks the Indian Ocean and is close to beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment forms part of the house which is loated on the upper floor and can accommodate two people. It has a lounge, master bedroom (Queen bed), ensuite (including spa) with seperate powder room.
Cooking facilities include a kitchenette, BBQ, microwave and grill.
There are two balconies where you can sit and unwind after a long day and enjoy the beautiful sunset.
All linen is supplied including beach towels

BEACH
Wake up to the sound of the ocean as it lapps on the shore in the morning. The beach is just a couple of minutes walk with walkways North and South along the coast.
At night sit on the balcony and watch the lights along the coast and the light from Rottnest Island Lighthouse out to sea.
We aim to make your holiday as carefree as possible with basic food provisions supplied on your arrival, so there is no need to stress about getting supplies, they are already taken care of.
OTHER ATTRACTIONS AND AMENITIES
Shops are close by (5 minutes) with a supermarket, two restaurants, pharmacy, hairdresser and other variety stores.
Joondalup Resort Hotel (7 minutes) boasts one of the "finest resort golfing experiences you're ever likely to enjoy". It also boasts an A La Carte restaurant.
Hillarys Marina (10 minutes) is always a great place to go to spend the day with AQUA Underwater Aquarium, variety shops, restaurants and tavern.
Joondalup Shopping Centre (10 minutes) has just gone through a major expansion and offers a variety of major stores as well as small boutique shops.
Adjacent to the Joondalup Shopping Centre is Joondalup Train Station where you can catch a train to the city and take in some sight seeing.
