Serenity is a classic beach style house that is only 300m from the beach, It has a spacious open plan lounge area and two levels, each level has a bath room with two bed rooms allowing privacy and space for two families.
Serenity easily accommodates eight people and has beds for nine to ten. Serenity is for families or mature adults only. Serenity is located in a quiet location between residential houses and is not for parties or corporate functions, it’s perfect for relaxing families holidays.
The lounge area is air-conditioned and the rooms have fans, the kitchen is of ample size with a dishwasher and microwave.
There is two bathrooms in the house and an outside toilet, a lovely big balcony and BBQ area for watching whales and gazing over the beach.
Serenity has an undercover games area with table tennis and room for storing your belongings.
To make your stay even better we have just installed a roof on the balcony and Foxtel.

Serenity is one of the original beach houses that overlook Copa and McMaster’s beach; we have maintained its beach house look and feel and still offer you all the essentials for a relaxing stay.
Serenity has a family holiday ambience; once you experience it… you will find it hard not to come back.
Copa has a beautiful quiet beach; in the off-season you have a wonderful opportunity to have the whole beach to yourself and the possibility of spotting whales (April, May, June, July, August and September).
LOCAL ATTRACTIONS
Just a short stroll and you will find a small strip of wonderful beachside shops that capture the holiday feel. It has a bakery, newsagent, grocery, and couple of restaurants, also cafes, video store, liquor store and a milk bar.
Both Copacabana and McMaster’s beach are patrolled, with lovely rock pools at the northern end.. Perfect for the kids.
Avoca and Terrigal is just a short drive away, which also has a good choice of restaurants, cinemas and shops.

We had a lovely week staying in this very comfortable house. It was perfect for two couples and 3 children.

The house was fantastic! We had a Mum's weekend away and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves - the deck fantastic, views superb, location perfect and just all in all a good house. Great house for all types and fabulous views/location. and the owner was great to deal with too. Highly recommended.

I loved it!
the house was just perfect & like always we wish it had been for longer. it was well equipped, well set out & there was plenty of room for us all. the kids loved the foxtell (of course) the adults loved the balcony with its million dollar views and location. the owner was great to deal with and so helpful, we even got to meet the neighbours who were very nice and welcoming.
