A beach house in the quiet town of Guilderton, less than 100kms north of Perth. Ideal for families or that quiet weekend away. Close to all amenities, with views to the ocean.
Note - Not available to Leavers

Locality

Moore River/Guilderton is a small village an hours drive from Perth with less than 200 permanent residents. It is the ideal place for that quiet weekend getaway that you may have experienced as a child, however the numbers swell during school holidays. Even at this time it remains a peaceful relaxed town.

The river mouth and estuary provide a safe swimming area for children and the beach is gloriously clean! Boat hire is available for lazy day trips or a picnic up the river which is a haven for native wildlife or bring your own boat and use the boat ramps available.

There are 2 stores and a community club where meals can be purchased on the weekends. There is a golf course, tennis courts and bowling greens located adjacent to the club, or you can just relax over a quiet drink.

The house

The inside of the house has recently been renovated and refurbished.

It has a large veranda facing west so you can relax and wind down to Guilderton time and watch the sunset.

There is a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a separate lounge that has the TV and DVD player where the children can "relax" whilst adults can use the family room with its veranda, breakfast bar and CD player to kick back.
