Waterfront Holiday Home Mirrabooka Boathouse is luxuriously appointed and located on the water's edge at Lake Macquarie just 1 hour on the freeway north of Sydney.
This exceptional 3/4 bedroom 3 bathroom waterfront property is truly paradise. Enjoy all of the modern indulgences with a chef's kitchen, spa bath, LCD TV's, wireless internet, cinema room with DVDs & PS3 and an ecofreindly fireplace. You also have use of the double kayak, dinghy, bicycles, fishing and crabbing gear.
All linen and manchester is supplied and the bedroom / sleeping configuration is:
Bedroom 1 - Queen bed with Ensuite (Water views)
Bedroom 2 - Queen bed with Ensuite (Water views)
Bedroom 3 - Two long singles that can made into a King Bed
Study - is next to Bedroom three Two Fold Up Single Beds (both have regular mattresses 120mm thick). These can be set up in study for you or in Media Room downstairs. Bedroom 3 & the study are next to the Main Bathroom which has Spa Bath.
You can spend your day out on the lake in the dinghy, kayaking fishing or relaxing in the hammock, lounging on the deck chairs or simply lie on one of the comfortable leather lounges overlooking the calm waters of the bay or watching DVDs on one of the 5 LCD TVs
Sooth yourself in the afternoon with the complimentary bottle of wine while lazing on the adirondack chairs on the deck or relax your cares away in the spa bath.
After a day of this, relax whilst preparing dinner in the chef kitchen!
