Just 1 hour on the freeway north of Sydney, this beautiful luxury waterfront retreat is located in a secluded area of Mirrabooka.
This exceptional airconitioned lake front luxury abode is truly paradise. Enjoy all of its modern indulgences and spectacular lake views from the indoor and outdoor living areas and wake up to uninterrupted lake views from master bedrooms with ensuites.
Spend your day out on the lake in the dinghy, kayaking fishing or relaxing in the hammock, lounging on the deck chairs or simply lie on one of the comfortable leather lounges overlooking the calm waters of the bay or watching DVDs on one of the 5 LCD TV’s
Sooth yourself in the afternoon in the shade of the trees or relax your cares away in the spa bath.
After a day of this, relax with a drink whilst preparing dinner in the chef’s kitchen with all mod-cons, whilst overlooking the lake right in front of you. Cooking is as easy or as gourmet as you like with a kitchen stocked with beautiful stainless steel appliances and accessories. Booking conditions
Deposit of 50% is required to confirm a booking
Low Season - Payment in full is required 14 days prior to arrival date
High Season - Payment in full is required 30 days prior to arrival date
Payment available through Paypal, Direct Deposit or Credit Card

Cancellation terms
Cancellation Fee of $30 applies to all cancelled bookings
Low Season -
21 - 60 days prior to arrival - 50% of deposit
Up to 21 days prior to arrival - 100% of deposit
Within 7 days prior to arrival and thereafter - 100% of total price
High Season -
A cancellation fee of 100% of total price applies 30 days prior to arrival date
These fees will not apply if accommodation is rebooked by another party or you choose to rebook for another date within the following 12 month period.
