Beachside Point offers 4 star luxurious, 2 bedroom accommodation in a fabulous beachside location. Ideal position to enjoy the proximity to vibrant St Kilda, as well as the quieter, relaxed cafes of Elwood.

Styled with the local area in mind, your accommodation includes main bedroom with queen size bed and second bedroom with another queen bed that can split to 2 singles if required. All beds and bed linen are superior quality and comfort to ensure guests enjoy their stay.

The living areas include a spacious loungeroom with 32 inch TV, DVD and Pay TV. Comfortable dining for 6 is provided and the kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave and all the essentials for cooking up a storm if you wish. The apartment has adequate heating and cooling with airconditioning in the loungeroom.

Full laundry facilities including washing machine and dryer are available in a European style laundry.

The bathroom includes shower over bath.

With such a convenient location you can walk into the St Kilda Sunday markets, Luna Park, restaurants and cafes and come home to Beachside Point where you may like to make use of the BBQ and relax in the courtyard while watching the sun set over Port Phillip Bay.

Located 8km south of Melbourne CBD, Elwood is a bayside suburb between St. Kilda and Brighton. Beachside Point is directly opposite Elwood foreshore between St. Kilda and Elwood beaches and is within easy walking to cafes and restaurants, St. Kilda attractions, and public transport

All bookings include all bed linen, towels, and interim or weekly cleaning for stays of longer than a week

MINIMUM STAYS: We accept any length of stay at any time if it joins directly onto an existing booking, otherwise the following minimum stays apply:
7 night minimum for bookings made more than 3 months in advance, 5 night minimum for bookings 1-3 months in advance, 1-2 night bookings by arrangement
