This superb two storey townhouse is light and spacious with stylish, quality furnishings. Contemporary in design, Brighton on Munro invites you to come and experience luxurious living centered between front and rear courtyards. The living area has comfortable sofas where you can enjoy the entertainment of your choice with, cable TV and DVD/CD. The sparkling, fully equipped kitchen features Miele appliances and stone bench-tops and is perfect for easy entertaining in the elegant dining room. Open the glass courtyard doors and transform the dining area into a wonderful indoor/outdoor room and enjoy outdoor dining and BBQs on those lazy summer nights. Venture upstairs to the two elegant bedrooms both with their own private ensuites. The main bedroom has a king size bed with a small private balcony and a quiet, light-filled study area with complimentary wireless internet. The second bedroom has a split king bed providing you with the choice of 2 single beds or 1 king bed. This bedroom also has plenty of room and lots of storage space.
Brighton on Munro includes lots of extras such as a second TV/DVD in the master bedroom, a convenient powder room downstairs, a separate laundry with washing machine and dryer, free local phone calls and a single garage with remote access, plus one extra car space.

STANDARD INCLUSIONS
All bookings include a welcome pack featuring luxurious toiletries, quality tea and coffee and a range of frequently used household consumables, FREE WIFI, secure off street parking, bed linen, towels, local phone calls, all utilities, professional weekly housekeeping (for stays of a 8 nights or longer) and exit clean on departure. Plus our fabulous customer service 7 days a week!
MINIMUM STAYS
In general, we have a 5 night min for bookings made 3 months or more in advance. Variations to minimum stays include some peak periods which may attract longer minimum stays, and we will also accept stays of less than 5 nights at our discretion, usually if they join directly to another booking leaving no gaps in our calendar or within the month of enquiry.
