Richmond Victorian is a two storey fully renovated home, conveniently located approximately 200m from the Bridge Road shopping precinct. From here you can walk to the MCG (500m), Richmond train station, Epworth Hospital and of course all the cafes and restaurants the local area has to offer. And the CBD is just 2km away.

The master bedroom has a king sized bed that can split to two single beds if required and built in robes. There is also a balcony off this bedroom which provides a lovely spot to sit and enjoy your morning coffee.

The second bedroom has a queen bed and a free standing robe.

A very stylish bathroom includes a bath, separate shower and vanity. A separate powder room incorporates laundry facilities with washing machine and dryer.

Downstairs there is open plan living overlooking the rear courtyard. The contemporary kitchen has dishwasher and microwave and is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery and all cooking appliances. Bar stools at the kitchen bench provides the option for relaxed dining, whilst a separate dining room gives you the option of formal dining also.

The living area has comfortable seating for 4 along with flat screen TV/DVD and surround sound.

Located a convenient 2 km east of Melbourne's central business district, Richmond is an inner suburb that is closest to the sporting precinct. Richmond Victorian is opposite the MCG precinct,and is 200m from the Bridge Road shopping and cafe strips. It is a brisk walk to the MCG, Melbourne and Olympic Park (incorporating Olympic Park, Rod Laver Arena, Hisense (formerly Vodafone) Arena, and Melbourne Park), and the Botanic Gardens. Trams provide easy access to the city, the sporting areas and adjacent suburbs. The railway and major feeder roads both pass through Richmond, making for easy access from the airport.

MINIMUM STAYS: We accept any length of stay at any time if it joins directly onto an existing booking, otherwise the following minimum stays apply:
7 night minimum for bookings made more than 3 months in advance, 5 night minimum for bookings 1-3 months in advance, 1-2 night bookings by arrangement
