- Huge master bedroom with en-suite bathroom including his and her vanity areas, spa bath, separate toilet, large walk in robe, 40” LCD TV, reverse cycle airconditioning, ceiling fan, balcony and a view of the lake and Mt Coolum.
- Large bedroom with 2 single beds each with a pull out single trundle bed. Room can be made up as singles or a double, additional TV for you to plug in your Playstation/Xbox, reverse cycle airconditining.

Mt Coolum's base (Australia's 2nd largest monolith after Uluru) is a 5 minute walk. The return climb is two hours at a leisurely pace and you will be rewarded with 360 degree views of the Sunshine coast. You may see migrating whales Jun-Oct.
