Harmony is a 3 bedroom, modern property located beachside Mornington that is private, quiet and close to the Mornington Peninsula's main attractions; you can throw away the car keys and start enjoying your stay.

It is a home away from home, suitable for all that Mornington has to offer and comes with all mod cons. Spacious and tastefully furnished, it is bright and modern with everything you need including washing machine, microwave, dishwasher, TV, ducted heating and split system air-conditioning.

This beautiful three bedroom home is furnished for comfort with 3 bedrooms, is a self contained property, that will comfortably sleep up to 6 people, has additional sleeping for another 2 persons, available utilizing a double size sofa bed.

The main bedroom, with Queen size bed, has a private en-suite and walk-in robe. At the opposite end of the property there are 2 bedrooms that share a bathroom and both with large wardrobes and two single beds in each.

The open, fully equipped kitchen/living area looks out onto a private, fenced garden which is North facing and is perfect for a BBQ whilst enjoying a quiet relaxing drink in a lovely setting.
Everything you need for a relaxing stay, a selection of books, board games, toys and DVD’s available for your complete enjoyment.
With a double remote control garage and drive to the front of the property, there is room for up to 3 vehicles, this home suits most couples, families or groups.

The property is ideally located and finished for your perfect stay on the Peninsula; whether it’s for that relaxing holiday, long weekend or using it for your home whilst you make plans for your own

YOU WILL NEED TO BRING YOUR OWN LINEN & TOWELS
Quality bed linen and towels supplied at an additional cost, $20 per person, this needs to be pre arranged prior to paying the deposit
A high chair and portacot is available on request.

MORNINGTON

Location – the perfect place, in the heart of the Peninsula
The Mornington Peninsula has much to offer every kind of holiday maker and there is no better place to settle than the town of Mornington. The Peninsula has a wonderful maritime climate, warmer than expected in winter and cooler than expected in Summer. This climate supports a multitude of wonderful boutique wineries, many of which have tasting and dining facilities. Some of these wineries are less than ten minutes drive from Harmony, the seaside holiday rental, in the heart of Mornington. The Peninsula, famous for the quality and variety of its golf courses, many of which will admit day visitors, also boosts outstanding scenery for the nature lover, the photographer or artist. The lower reaches of the Peninsula, have famous surfing beaches as well as the Point Nepean National Park. Closed to the public for over 100 years, Point Nepean is now a popular tourist destination with spectacular ocean scenery. Visit Sorrento or even take the car ferry over to Queenscliff and if you’re lucky, you may glimpse dolphin or whale. No matter what you desire, the Peninsula has something for everyone and why so many of our visitors come back year after year.

Harmony, modern seaside holiday accommodation is a short stroll into the town of Mornington and all it has to offer;
Main Street, Mornington, with its wide choice of restaurants and coffee bars, cinema, boutique fashion and gift shops is only a short stroll away from Harmony and only 10 minutes walk further to Mothers Beach and Mornington harbor. The beach, with its golden sand, children’s play area and shallow, wading foreshore is perfect for lazy days in the sun. Close by, Schnapper Point coffee bar and The Rocks restaurant overlook the harbor for refreshments, ice cream or lunch. Those more adventurous can take the fishing trips out into the bay or just throw a line off the pier. Mills beach, with the multi coloured beach huts typify the bay’s shore line and is also just a short walk from the town centre. It’s what holidays are all about.

We also offer a Grocery service so that you can arrive to a fully stocked fridge. Airport Pick Up can also be arranged as well as drop off back to the airport at the end of your stay, additional fees apply
Expats just arrived and renting for a minimum of 6 weeks receive use of a computer so you can search for your home to buy, jobs, cars, schools etc.
