Location and luxury living

Mt Martha is only 45 minutes from Melbourne on the Mornington Peninsula and is known for it's fantastic beaches which have gentle lapping waves, crystal clear water and perfect sand. It has a village atmosphere and lots of great shops, cafe's and restaurants.

Go swimming, sailing, windsurfing or ride along nearby beaches on horseback, visit fantastic wineries and galleries, hike in beautiful countryside, play golf or swim with the dolphins in the bay.

Or of course, settle down on the lovely outdoor entertaining deck, shaded for summer or winter and enjoy the peaceful location and beautiful garden

Superb amenities

The house has 4 bedrooms - bed configurations are as follows: one king size, 1 queen size, 2 sets of bunks (1 bottom bunk is double), 2 king singles which can be zipped to make a king bed.

There is a fantastic open plan air conditioned living and dining area, with seating for 8 and a modern kitchen with everything you need, plus 2 bathrooms and a laundry with European washer and dryer.

There is also a separate rumpus room inside with a 2nd TV and DVD plus an enormous 2 car garage attached to the house for off street parking and the driveway has room for a boat.

We even provide a welcome basket with tea, coffee, sugar, jams, olive oil, vinegar, milk etc so you can just rock up, relax and enjoy this wonderful house by the sea.
