This modern three bedroom house has open plan living areas and is right on the bank of the river. The property has a private outlook, with a large verandah for outdoor entertaining. It has polished timber floors, high ceilings, and a well equipted kitchen. It has 2 queen beds and 4 single bunks in 3 bedrooms. There is 1 bathroom with a shower and bath, plus a seperate toilet. Set on a huge block with ample parking plus double tandem lockup garage. You can tie your boat up to the house at high tide with a fully serviced boat launch ramp 200m away for low tide. The property is not fully fenced as it has a 70m high tide boundary. There are mangos, grapes, and mulberries growing, free to pick in season.
