Those with 4WD vehicles can explore the beach dunes of Stockton Bight and visit Tin City and the Signa wreck. Some may enjoy a camel trek through the dunes.

Birubi Beach is an easy 3 minute walk. Anna Bay shops/services are within a 5 minutes drive away. The village of Anna Bay provides the visitor with all the basic needs. Here you can find an IGA supermarket, 2 bakeries, newsagency/post office, chemist, doctor surgery, butcher, tavern with a bistro, bottle shop and service station. There is also takeaway fish and chip shop and pizza shop and a lovely Thai restaurant. More extensive facilities are a 6 minute drive away at the Salamander Centre in Salamander Bay. Here you will find 2 major supermarkets, Kmart, specialty shops, banks.
