Renovated in June 2011, this 2 bedroom unit/apartment is secure, tranquil and serene. Situated in a small group of 4 it has its own stairs from the driveway leading directly to the grass area where local favourite "The Broadway Cafe" is situated overlooking Adelaide's famous Glenelg beach. Just a few more steps from the cafe takes you to the sandy beach. What a location!

A short 8 minute drive from the airport and 12 minutes from the city of Adelaide (add 10 minutes in peak traffic).

Accommodation sleeps 4 persons - main bedroom with queen bed and 2nd bedroom with 2 singles. Infants also welcome - 1 portacot is provided upon request.

The accommodation is fully self-contained, including all bedding linen & towels. Fully contained kitchen with microwave, electric stove/oven, toaster, cooking pots, pans & utensils & all kitchen crockery. Whitegoods including full-size fridge, washing machine and dryer. Iron & ironing board.

Outside your door you can walk, run or bike ride along the purpose built path that stretches the seafront from Somerton Park right through Glenelg until it reaches the Holdfast Marina, where you can dine at a myriad of restaurants, board a 58ft colossal sailing catamaran that offers a variety of different cruises such as a dolphin swim and watch cruises, coastal cruises and private charters, or imagine yourself sitting on a sailing boat sipping champagne while watching the sun set over the ocean. This is available at your doorstep!

Terms & Conditions:

1. Credit card and PayPal payments incur a 3.5% fee in addition to the quoted tariff.

2. Bookings cannot be held and will only be secured upon receipt of a $200 deposit. The deposit remains non-refundable unless otherwise agreed with Kick It To Me management.

3. As security, the principal guest's full address and credit card details will be requested and kept on file to account for any damages that may result from your stay. Address and credit card details will be shredded at the end of your stay providing that the apartment is kept in the same order to that it was provided.

4. Full payment is required 21 days prior to arrival. Where full payment is not received, the booking will be cancelled. The deposit is non-refundable.

5. Where payments have been made in full, the following cancellation policy applies:
a) Within 21 days of due arrival – full refund less deposit of $200.
b) Within 14 days of due arrival - 50% of tariff less deposit of $200.
c) Within 7 days of due arrival - 75% of tariff less deposit of $200.
d) Within 48 hours of due arrival – no refund.

6. By virtue of providing your full payment you are agreeing to respect neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum. Disturbances & abuse of noise levels will result in cancellation of your stay.

7. Guests are welcome to visit, however Health and safety regulations state a maximum of 4 persons and 1 infant is allowed to occupy the premises.

8. The Property is governed by Strata Laws. As such, pets are not allowed on the property.

9. Strata Laws also state that parking of (1 only) vehicle is allowed in the car parking station assigned. Parking in any other parking space or common area within the driveway or car parking area is not permitted. There is ample roadside parking available for additional vehicles.

10. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the premises. Smoking is permitted in the courtyard of the property. An ash tray is provided in the courtyard.

11. If the property becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances another property of same or better standing shall be offered to the tenant failing which full refund will be provided.

Tariffs are based on 2 persons sharing queen bed. An additional fee of $20 per person per night will be charged per extra bed used. A one-off $80 cleaning fee applies. Portacot and high chair also available at $10 per night.
