Description

Tom's Place has been newly renovated throughout. It's beautiful kitchen has enough space and appliances (including dishwasher) for all cooks. The open plan kitchen/dining has a large table which seats 8, although there is plenty of crockery and cutlery for more than 10 people.
Included in the tariff is the use of a plasma T.V. with platinum foxtel for your enjoyment. The fully fenced pet friendly yard has access to the laundry door, so pup can sleep inside if necessary.
You will be renting 2 bedrooms both with queen size beds. The larger of these rooms has a small lounge which converts to a double bed. In the lounge is a sofa bed also converting to a double. There is 1 bathroom included in your rental and an additional toilet off the garage.
All linen including doona covers, pillows etc. for up 8 people is supplied. These do not have to be laundered when vacating.
There is access to a single car garage, but you may park on the front lawn as well. The driveway is long enough for 2 cars and 2 boats. Gas is supplied for the large B.B.Q. and an outdoor table is located in the garage. There are fold up chairs in the entry area.
For your relaxation there is a selection of D.V.D.s a few games and books.
Tom's Place (21 Blanche St.) is only 10 houses away from the main shops and Hotel, litterally 200 mts. The beach and Peir is a further 150mts. A golf course is 100mts. from the house.
Fully ducted reverse-cycle air con is installed, as well as a gas log fire in the lounge room for extra warmth on those cold winter nights.

StLeonards is not only located on one of the Bellarine Peninsula's most popular family beaches it is also central some of the best tourist attractions in Victoria. It is only a short drive to Portarlington, Queenscliff, Point Lonsdale and the Great Ocean Road is only 20 minutes away. . You can visit the many excellent Wineries in the region and taste the superb wines on offer. The region is also dotted with excellent restaurants. Enjoy fishing, boating, sailing swimming, lawn bowls, tennis and beautiful morning walks along the beach. In the evening relax with a lovely BBQ dinner and watch the world go by.
Platinum Foxtel is available at no additional cost and includes full access to all Foxtel sports, movie and cartoon channels (Adult and Box Office channels not available).
