This home has been completely renovated to provide a modern open plan style of accommodation. The property features 3 bedrooms, the main with a queen size bed, en-suite and large walk in robe. The second bedroom also features a queen bed with built in robe. The 3rd bedroom situated off the lounge room contains a double bed on the bottom and a single on top. The beautiful new open plan kitchen has room for all the cooks! The extra large fridge and new gas cooker are ideal for a family meal after a long day at the beach; there is even a dishwasher to help clean up! The property also features a large 8 person dining setting, superb leather couches, massive Plasma screen TV with Platinum Foxtel included. The lounge also includes a new pull out futon for those extra visitors. The property has ducted refrigerated air conditioning and heating, as well as an attractive gas log fire for those cold winter nights. Outside all you requirements are catered for with a large gas BBQ and outdoor setting. Apart for all these great characteristics the property is only one street back from the beach, 200 meters from the main shopping center and 100 meters from the golf course.
The p[roperty is also Pet Friendly.

Ideal Family Destination

StLeonards is not only located on one of the Bellarine Peninsula's most popular family beaches it is also central some of the best tourist attractions in Victoria. It is only a short drive to Port Arlington, Queenscliff, Point Lonsdale and the Great Ocean Road. You can visit the many excellent Wineries in the region and taste the superb wines on offer. The region is also dotted with excellent restaurants. Enjoy fishing, boating, sailing swimming, lawn bowls, tennis and beautiful morning walks along the beach. In the evening relax with a lovely BBQ dinner and watch the world go by.
Platinum Foxtel is available at no additional cost and includes full access to all Foxtel sports, movie and cartoon channels (Adult and Box Office channels not available).

The two main bedrooms have Queen size beds with
Queen size doonas supplied.
The third Bedroom has a standard Double and a Standard
sigle bed with doonas supplied.
The Lounge has a fold out Standard bed with doona
supplied.
Pillows are supplied for all beds.
Please bring doona covers and under sheets to suit these
beds plus enough pillow cases for your use. Sheets may
be used under doonas if required.
Bed linen can be supplied at a additional cost when
booking.
