Description

Tokemata Retreat is situated on a luscious, landscaped 50 acre property near Cobram on the Murray River.

We have four superb 1, 2 and 3 bedroom fully self contained cottages for an overnight or extended stay. Our cottages are all beautifully and individually decorated with all the little luxuries. With the flexibility in our rooms, we can easily cater for couples, families or large groups.

All prices include hearty breakfast provisions as well as full use of all the facilities here.

As well as being able to enjoy our luxury accommodation, rated 4 ½ stars by AAA Tourism, you also have the use of our facilities such as the golf driving range, full sized tennis court and solar heated salt water pool.

Our property borders the magnificent river red gum forests beside the mighty Murray River and offers plenty of walking or biking tracks.

COTTAGE RATES

All the cottages are fully self-contained with linen provided and well equipped kitchens, so there is no need to bring anything.

Breakfast provisions are included in the price, as well as full use of all the facilities here at Tokemata Retreat.

Rates

One Bedroom Cottages -$135 per night for 2 people (maximum 4)

Two Bedroom Cottage - $200 per night for up to 4 people (or a family of 5) (maximum 6 adults or 7 if includes a small child)

Three Bedroom Cottage - $300 per night for up to 6 people (maximum 12)

Extra persons $20.00 per night. Infants in portacot free of charge.

Please enquire for rates for multi-night or midweek stays.
One night stays will attract a surcharge.

Special rates may be available to families in the three bedroom cottage – please enquire.

Minimum booking for long weekends is 3 nights.

The Cottages

ONE BEDROOM COTTAGES
Choose from 2 one bedroom cottages, each individually decorated and with the same facilities:

The two cottages are well set up and perfect for couples. A sofa bed in the living area can be utilized for extra guest(s) or we can set up a single bed.

TWO BEDROOM COTTAGE
The 2 bedroom cottage is beautifully decorated to give you that “holiday” feeling as soon as you step in the door. This two bedroom cottage also features two bathrooms for your comfort and is ideal for a family, 2 couples or 4 singles. The two bedrooms can be made up with a King sized bed, or 2 single beds and the second bedroom can sleep an additional small child.

THREE BEDROOM COTTAGE
The 3 bedroom cottage has been cleverly designed to accommodate your every need. With flexibility in the sleeping arrangements, it caters brilliantly for families, couples, singles or groups (with or without other cottages).

Each bedroom has a King sized bed which can be split to 2 singles, with 2 of the bedrooms taking 3 singles if required. The cottage also contains 3 bathrooms to give you maximum comfort. Featuring a huge living area and kitchen/meals area, it is ideal for entertaining.

Another feature of the cottage is the ability to divide it into 2 separate cottages, each with its own carport and entrance. One end becomes a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage with the large living/kitchen area, while the other end becomes a fully self-contained 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom cottage with its own living/kitchen area. Open it up and use it all, or close it off and use only part.

Facilities in the 3 bedroom cottage include:
