ONE BEDROOM COTTAGES
Choose from 2 one bedroom cottages, each individually decorated and with the same facilities:

The two cottages are well set up and perfect for couples. A sofa bed in the living area can be utilized for extra guest(s) or we can set up a single bed.

TWO BEDROOM COTTAGE
The 2 bedroom cottage is beautifully decorated to give you that holiday feeling as soon as you step in the door. This two bedroom cottage also features two bathrooms for your comfort and is ideal for a family, 2 couples or 4 singles. The two bedrooms can be made up with a King sized bed, or 2 single beds and the second bedroom can sleep an additional small child.

THREE BEDROOM COTTAGE
The 3 bedroom cottage has been cleverly designed to accommodate your every need. With flexibility in the sleeping arrangements, it caters brilliantly for families, couples, singles or groups (with or without other cottages).

Each bedroom has a King sized bed which can be split to 2 singles, with 2 of the bedrooms taking 3 singles if required. The cottage also contains 3 bathrooms to give you maximum comfort. Featuring a huge living area and kitchen/meals area, it is ideal for entertaining.

Another feature of the cottage is the ability to divide it into 2 separate cottages, each with its own carport and entrance. One end becomes a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage with the large living/kitchen area, while the other end becomes a fully self-contained 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom cottage with its own living/kitchen area. Open it up and use it all, or close it off and use only part.

Facilities in the 3 bedroom cottage include:

Bedrooms: Can be made up with King sized beds or 2 singles (2 of the bedrooms can take 3 singles)

Cottage Rates

One Bedroom Cottages
Peak - $145 per night
Off Peak - $135 per night
Prices are for 2 people (maximum 4)

Two Bedroom Cottage
Peak - $220 per night
Off Peak - $200 per night
Prices are for up to 4 people (or a family of 5) (maximum 6 adults or 7 if includes a small child)

Three Bedroom Cottage
Peak - $350 per night
Off Peak - $300 per night
Prices are for up to 6 people (maximum 12)

All the cottages are fully self-contained with linen provided and well equipped kitchens, so there is no need to bring anything.

Breakfast provisions are included in the price, as well as full use of all the facilities here at Tokemata Retreat.

Peak rates are one night stays, weekends, all public holidays, school holidays and during local special events.
Extra persons $30.00 per night. Infants in portacot free of charge.

Minimum booking for long weekends is 3 nights.

Off Peak Rates

Please enquire for rates for multi-night or midweek stays. Check our bookings page for specials.

Special rates may be available to families in the three bedroom cottage, please enquire. (not available long weekends and January)
