Description

The accommodation at "Kalamunda" is approximately 12 squares and consists of a large main bedroom with ceiling to floor full length mirrored robe, single bedroom with double bed, full bathroom, separate toilet, shower in large laundry, loungeroom with TV, dining room and full kitchen. Austar is connected and for those who like to watch a movie there are 4 movie channels, for the sports people 3 sports channels, lifestyle and comedy channels are available also. There is a DVD player in the unit or have a private, relaxing, therapeutic motto massage in our large indoor spa. Guests staying with us for 2 or more nights receive a complimentary spa.

We are pet friendly and by negotiation & welcome any well-behaved house trained pets. Please enquire. Bring them with you instead of sending them to "boarding school". Sorry we cannot accommodate large dogs due to the wildlife at Kalamunda.

Although we are happy to have overnight guests there are some dates which require a minimum 2 night stay. Off peak rates from $100 per double, shoulder rates from $135 per double and peak periods $150 per double. Weekly rates also available. Extra guests are charged at $20 per night for adults and $10 per night for children 2-11 years.

"Kalamunda" is situated on 5½ lush acres (2.15 hectares) in the peaceful Orara Valley. Coffs Harbour's beautiful beaches are just 15 minutes away. You can relax and unwind on the spacious verandahs or take a leisurely walk around the property. Watch the kangaroos as they graze, delight in the antics of the native birdlife and enjoy the beauty of the rural landscape.

Kalamunda is extremely relaxing but the night life, restaurants & beaches etc are only 15-20 minutes away.

Local Attractions

You will be able to visit local boutique wineries, restaurants and cafes. Guided tours, seanic lookouts, rainforests, bush walks and picnic areas are all close by. You can practice your golf swing at Kalamunda or play 9 holes at the local course at Karangi. Go horse riding, try your skill at Linda's Labrynth or visit the arts and crafts galleries.

Of course the beaches, shops, indoor ice skating, and many restaurants are ony 15 kms from Kalamunda.
